Abstract
Objective To detect the irp1 gene located on Yen HPI among 94 ETEC strains. Methods irp1 gene located on Yen HPI was amplified from ETEC strains' chromosomal DNA by PCR. Results 10 of 94 ETEC strans were positive, and the rest negative. Conclusion The irp1 gene located on HPI could be detected in ETEC.This result suggest horizontal tranfer of the irp1 gene of HPI between Yen and ETEC strains, but the mechanism of the horizontal tranfer remains to be studied.关键词
