摘要

Abstract

Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism (AFLP ) is considered as the most powerful DNA fingerprinting technique for its high reliability and powerfu l approach in detecting polymorphism loci. AFLP has been emerged as a major new type of genetic marker with broad application in systematic, pathology, popu lation genetics, DNA fingerprinting and quantitative trait loci (QTL) mapping. I t's principle, influencing factor, application and prospect in molecular biologi cal are introduced in this paper.
