Abstract
Vocational education is socially oriented education, which can not be separated from the support and cooperation of enterprises. The activity of two sides of "producation and teaching cooperation" is a kind of market behavior as well as a kind of social responsibility, and the government also plays a pivotal role in"producation and teaching cooperation". Therefore, the government should make efforts in the fields of policy and law, public service, intermediary agent judging, supervising and assurance.关键词
