模具加工中的高速切削技术
HSC Technology in Mould Machining
摘要
Abstract
This paper narrates the significance of application of HSM technology in mould machining,and some core technology in order to realize HSM.Through comparison with EDM,the advantage for efficiently economize time of process and how to improve precision of machining and so on are described.The demand of HSM for machine tool's principal tool,cutting tool and CAM software is mentined.At last,it gives one example to show that HSM is a delevopmental trend in the future.关键词
