摘要

Abstract

This article has analyzed when uses chord length method interpolation cubic parameter spline curves,the factors of feed rate and radius of curvature to the interpolation precision's influence, using the curve fitting method separately obtains interpolation outline error E and feed rate F,between radius of curvature R function relationship E=E(F) and E=E(R).The F2contribution is biggest in E(F);but works as the radius of curvature to be small,and along with R reduction,a time,the constant influence increases obviously,cannot neglect in the precision work;also R-1 contribution is biggest in E(R);when radius of curvature R is invariable,a R-1 technical progress factor increases along with the feed rate expands.Uses algorithm which this article provides,according to erroneous request which assigns,but calculates precisely satisfies the accuracy requirement most roughing feed speed Fmax and smallest radius of curvature Rmin.
