摘要
Abstract
The use of microorganisms for biological purposes has become an effective alternative to control plant pathogens.There are many examples of formulations using bacterial or fungal strains with biocontrol applications. Among them, members of the genus Bacillus are well known antibiotic producers.This research refers to NCD-2 bacillus subtilis strain, an antagonist invitro against 16 plant pathogens and a paramount and potential biocontrol agent with high efficacy of control on verticillium wilt of cotton in greenhouse and in field, in order to determine its extracellular metabolites with antibiotic activity and the antibiotic properties.The results revealed the antibiotic metabolite maybe a thermostable protein.关键词
