摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the significance of the expression of tissue factor in colon carcinoma. [Methods] The expression of Tissue factor mRNA and protein antigen were detected by RT-PCR and immunohistology chemical in 12 case colon carcinoma. Expression density of TF in each groups was analyzed with HPIAS image analyzer, compared with t test, the correlation between the expression level of TF and malignancy was tested with Kruskal-Wallis. [Results] The TF mRNA in the tissue around the carcinoma was negative or very low, in the tissue of colon carcinoma, the level of the TF mRNA was higher markedly at the group with lymph node and liver metastasis comparied with no metastasis ,the the value of P is below 0.05. The expression of TF antigen was negative and weak positive in the tissue around the carcinoma, the positive rate was 83.33% in the groups with metastasis, while 66.67% in the groups without metastasis, the difference was exit, but show no Statistical significance. The TF was highly related to the carcinoma's ability of metastasis. [Conclusion] TF is an index which reflecting the colon carcinoma' s process and biology character, It is indicated that TF is a good prognostic factor in clinical diagnosis for colon carcinoma.关键词
