金属纳米粒子液滴干燥过程中成膜形貌的计算机模拟
Computer Simulation of the Deposit Topography in Dried Metal Nanoparticle Dispersion Droplets

Abstract
A two-dimension theoretical model has been developed to explain the mechanism of the film for- mation in drying silver nanoparticle dispersion drops on solid substrates. The film formation process for a stable drop was first analyzed and simulated by using this model. And then the surface topographies of the films formed in ejected drops at low drying temperature and drops at high drying temperature were simula- ted especially. All the simulaton results were in agreements with our experimental profiles. Our analyses and simulation results revealed that the coffee-ring defect may be eliminated by reducing the evaporation rate of the solvent. The model would be useful for understanding and forecasting the surface topography of the film formed by inkjet printing technology.关键词
