A real-time length-delay computation in open-loop autoleveller system of drawing frame
摘要
Abstract
In open-loop autoleveller system of drawing frame, precise time-delay computation is the key to the yam evenness. The existing methods to compute the time-delay mainly consist of Geometry, experiment and correlation algorithms ,which are not real-time. The paper considers length-delay instead of time-delay and presents a real-time algorithm of length-delay computation which is based on correlation analysis. The algorithm gives the mathematical model of open-loop autoleveller system, and the weight correlation between input yam and output yarn was analyzed. According to the maximum and minimum of correlation function, the concerned length-delay can be precisely computed at once. Simulated results verify the algorithm.关键词
