Abstract
The ternary complex of europium with the plant growth regulator CPOA (4-chlorophenoxy acetic acid) and Phen (1,10-phenanthroline), Eu(CPOA)3*Phen, is syn-thesized and characterized by the elemental analysis and DTA-TG measurement. The photophysical property of the complex is investigated by means of IR spectra, Raman spectrum and laser excited, high-resolved luminescence spectra which indicates one kind of Eu(Ⅲ) site with local symmetry of C2v in the complex.关键词
