Abstract
Aim To study the different effects of hyperthermia pre- ischemia,mild hyperthermia ischemia and subhypothermia ischemia on earlier histomorphological change of cerebral tissue to focal cerebral ischemia.Methods According to random number table,64 wistar rats were randomly divided into eight groups, including mild hyperthemia group;normal temperature false operation group;hyperthermia pre- ischemia;mild hyperthermia;normal termperature group;the subhypothermia re- perfusion four hours after two hours′ ischemia (O2R4) groups,and the normal temperature and subhypothermia non- reperfusion after six hours′ ischemia(O6R0) groups.With the improved model of Magasawa focal cerebral ischemia, the pathologic changes of ischemic cerebral tissue were observed.Results Compared with the normal thermia ischemia group, the focal injury was increased in the mild hyperthermia ischemia group and the size of injury was the largest among all the groups. mild hyperthermia pre- ischemia and mild hypothermia could provide protation to the ischemiaed cerebral tissue,the effect was more obvious in the group of mild hypothermia O2R4,and mild hypothermia had limitted effect in the group of O6R0.Conclusion Mild hyperthermia causes irreversible injury and necrosis of ischemic neurons as well as extension of injury area.Mild hyperthermia pre- ischemia and subhypothermia have obvious protection to the transient cerebral ischemia, but subhypothermia had no protective effect on the permanent cerebral ischemia. 关键词
