耐高温强碱有机硅消泡剂的研制
Preparation of silicone defoamer resisting to high temperature and strong alkali

Abstract
Starting from preparation of silicone defoaming surfactant, conditions that affect the foam inhibiting performance were determined through single-factor and L16(45) orthogonal experiments. The optimal synthesis process conditions were identified as:mass ratio of methyl silicone oil to hydroxyl silicone oil 4:1 ;MQ silicone resin mass fraction 10% ;mole ratio of Me3SiO0.5 to SiO4/2 of MQ silicone resin 0.8;hydrophobic silica mass fraction 8% ; potassium hydroxide mass fraction 2% ; temperature of cross linking reaction 150℃; time of cross linking reaction 4 h. The above-mentioned active material was emulsified by two kinds of self-made polysi-loxane-polyoxyalkylene as main emulsifier and a new silicone emulsion defoamer CX that resisting to high temperature and strong alkali was formed.关键词
