One-stage procedure by LC combined with est for treating cholecystolithiasis with common bile duct stones

摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the technique and value of the combination of laparoscopic cholecystestomy(LC) and endoscopic sphincterotomy(EST) in the one-stage treat-ment of the patients with cholecystolithiasis and common bile duct stones(CBD).Method 16 patients diagnosed as cholecystolithiasis with common bile duct stones by Bultrasonography or computer tomography(CT) and MRCP underwent EST following LC as a combined procedure under general anesthesia. Result 16 cases of patients were accomplished by EST following by LC successfully, One case of residualstone comformed by nasol-biliarytractopacifiacion after LC accepted a second time endoscopicstoneremovement. Conclusion Combination of laparoscopic and endoscopic procedure is a safe and effective method to treat the patients suffering from cholelith of the gallbladder and CBD.关键词
