Determination of β-sitosterol in Semen Platycladi and Defatted Powder of Semen Platycladi
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To determine the content of fl-sitosterol in the unprocessed semen platycladi and defat-ted powder of semen platycladi. Methods: TLC-scanner was established to determine the content of β-sitosterol in se-men platycladi. Results: The content of～-sitosterol in unprocessed semen platycladi was 0. 173% ; the content of β-si-testerol in the defatted powder of semen platycladi was 0. 071 9%. Conclusion: This method was stable,simple and quick could be used to determination of fl-sitosterol in semen platycladi. Some of β-sitosterol was lost in the processing course of semen platycladi.关键词
