Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of tetramethylpraigine onexperimental model of lung injury induced by oleic acid in rabbit.Methods The rabbits were randomly assigned to three groups:normal control group (NC),oleic acid group (OA),and tetramethylpraigine＋oleic acid group (TMP＋OA).Compare the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum,the contents of MDA and protein in broncho-alveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and the wet/dry weight ratio of lung for all 3 groups.Results The MDA contents of serum were significantly lower in group TMP＋OA than in group OA(P＜0.05).The MDA and protein content in BALF and the wet/dry weight ratio of the lung in group TMP＋OA did not change significantly as compared with group NC,but these parameters were obviously higher in group OA(P＜0.01).Conclusion It suggests that TMP has preventive and therapeutic effects on lung injury induced by oleic acid in rabbits.关键词
