摘要

Abstract

A Cr:YAG saturable absorber is inserted into a quantum-well LD end-pumped Nd:YVO4 laser and passively Q-switched pulses at the wavelength of 1.06μm is observed.With the absorbed pump power of 528.3mW, output pulse train with repetition rate of 158.7kHz and an energy of 0.19μJ, FWHM width of 32ns is reported.
