摘要
Abstract
Objective Explore the clinical significance of the change in B natriuretic peptlde(BNP) and heart function in acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Methods The BNP levels of 113 patient in different ratings of heart function diagnosed as AMI by coronary angiongraphy were deected by DADE BEHRING clinical chemistry system. Results The BNP level was higher in the AMI patients with a heart function of Killip 3-4 than in those with Killip 1-2. Conclusion BNP of AMI patients is related with heart function.关键词
