不同单位保存的小鼠肝癌H22细胞特性比较研究
The Comparison in Cellulate Characteristics among Murine Hepatoma22 Cell Lines from Different Institutes
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare and research the cellul ate characteristicsof H22 cell lines from different institutes.Metho ds H22 cell lines attained from three institutes were ke pt in KM mou se abdominal cavity，then their comparative analyses of chromosome，DNA contents ，cell sizes were carried on.Results The chromosome numbers of the H22 cell lines stored by Institute of Pharmacol ogy of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences(Beijing H22)，Institute of Phar macology of Shandong Medical Academy (Shandong H22) and China Center for Type Culture Collection in Wuhan (Wuhan H22) were 30.3±8.9，33.0±8.9，35.6±10 .1 respectively.Statis tic analysis indicated significant difference (P＜0.01 ).The mainstream ranges of chromosome number were 27-29，30-32，33-35 respectively.The corpuscular area and diameter of different H22 cells under the microscope showed signific an t difference.DNA contents of Beijing H22 were minimum and Wuhan H22 maximum assayed by flow cytometry.There were significant differences between different H22 cell lines.Conclusion There existed signifi cant differences in the cellulate characteristics among the different H22 cell lines，which had same origin but were preserved by different institutes.关键词
