Abstract
Objective: To observe the changes of mitochondrial DNA ATPase 6, 8 genes of small intestine epithelial cells in ischemia-reperfusion rats. Methods: 6 rats were randomly divided into the control and ischemia-reperfusion group. Their mtDNA were distilled and the sequences were examined after polymerase chain reaction conducted by using special primer in order to detect mutational sites. Results: The polymorphism existed at some sites of ATPase 6, 8 genes of Wistar rats in China. There was a A7 797 deletion and several sites mutation of ATPase 6,8 genes in ischemia-reperfusion group, namely, A7 779T, T8 515G, T8 520G, C8 535G. Conclusion: The damage of ATPase 6, 8 genes took place after ischemia-reperfusion and this may result in the changes of their coding amino acids.关键词
