A New Method of Background Subtraction for Energy Dispersive X - ray Spectra
摘要
Abstract
The basic theories of wavelet series and multiresolution analysis are introduced, and applied to background subtraction for energy dispersive X -ray spectra. Experimental results show that the method of background subtraction not only computes rapidly, but also has superiority to the traditional others for the determination of low content elements in accuracy.关键词
