Abstract
The effect of organic peroxide such as cumyl hydroperoxide on natural rubber latex vulcanization was studied. The effect of different prevulcanizing temperatures on vulcanized natural rubber latex was analyzed. The results indicated that the vulcanization system including cumyl hydroperoxide 0.453 g/100 g rubber tetra-ethylene pentamine 0.302 g/100 g rubber butyl acrylate 3 g/100 g rubber tetra-ethylene laurel ether 0.068 g/100 g rubber and a trace amount of ferricion complex was the best vulcanization system in low temperature (40 ℃). Physical properties of the products were better in thermo-oxidtive resistance storing stability and clarity compared to those from sulfur vulcanization.关键词
