Abstract
Objective To clinically evaluate the value of the remaining iliac lymphatic vessel to prevent lymphatic cyst following radical resection for cervical cancer. Methods Iliac lymphatic trunks were remained during the radical resection in 86 patients of cervical cancer with stage I a～II a. The incidence of lymphatic cyst and the effect on the long term survival rate were observed. Results None of the 86 cases suffered from pelvic lymphatic cyst. 2 cases suffered from inguinal lymphatic cyst which was about 2cm and the incidence rate was 2. 3%. The 5-year survival rate was 93.5%. Conclusion Remaining iliac lymphatic trunk in radical resection for cervical cancer can prevent the incidence of pelvic lymphatic cyst effectively without affecting long term survival rate.关键词
