非对称群峰结构无阀压电泵的理论分析
Theoretical analysis of novel valveless piezoelectric pump with cluster of unsymmetrical hump structure
摘要
Abstract
A novel valve less piezoelectric pump with Cluster of Unsymmetrical Hump Structure(CU-HS)is presented.In proposed pump,a CUHS is developed along the axis lines of inlet and outlet of the pump based on the space of a chamber bottom,so that the series diffuse/nozzle ducts are formed in the chamber to substitute the regular diffuse/nozzle elements fixed in outside the chamber.The new structure can drive the fluid to flow along a preferential direction when the pump works.A mathematic model is established to represent the relationship between the mean energy loss and the flow rate of the pump.Based on the mathematic model,the theory of the pump working is analyzed.Experimental results varify the theoretical analysis,which shows the errors between experimental and theoretical calculations are lower than 10%,when one angle iS fixed at 90°,and the other varies from 10°to 60°.关键词
