摘要

Abstract

As a key part of printing press, the characteristics of transfer mechanism, whose function is to transfer paper, directly influence the printing speed and the quality of printing product. This paper takes the transfer mechanism of eight-octavo high-speed press from Beijing Second Press Factory as an example. Based on the time discretization principle and the finite element method, the whole motion period can be divided into several equal time subdivisions and the dynamic model can be established as a set of time-variant differential equation. With the Newmark method, the dynamic displacement and stress responses can be obtained. Correspondingly, the numerical model can provide an analytical basis for analyzing and designing flexible transfer mechanism.
