Abstract
‘Jixiang No.1’ belongs to early-maturing winter squash (C.maxima Duch)，female parent A3-13-5，male parent A4-7-1 were all inbred lines that segregated from Japan winter squash variety. First fruit set is 5-6 nodes lower，harvest time is 15-17 days earlier，soluble solid is 8% higher，sugar content is 5.1% higher than those of ‘huanglang’；Jixiang No.1 is vining，vigorous，its fruit is disc-shaped，dark green with light green stripe skin，orange flesh，sweet，soft and floury of taste. Its yield is 22.5～30t*hm-2 grown in open field and 105t*hm-2 under protection. It has been extended to Beijing，Hebei，Shanxi，Inner-mongolia，Guangdong etc..关键词
