中药材黄芪的高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究
HPLC Fingerprint Spectra of Radix Astragali of Different Sources
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study comparatively on HPLC fingerprint spectra of 3 batches of Radix Astragali from Hunyuan County, Shanxi Province. Method:HPLC was performed on Thermo ODS column (2.1 mm×150 mm, 5 μm)with acetoni-trile-water (3:7)as mobile phase at flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the detection wave-length was 254 nm.Analyzing time was 60 min and specimen handling quantity was 20 μL. Result: 3 hatches of Radix As-tragali from Hunyuan County,Shanxi Province had 13 characteristic common peaks,but the ratios of common peaks area were different. Conclusion:Fingerprint spectra of Radix Astragali was constructed by HPLC. This method is stable,reli-able, reproducible, and provides scientific basis for herbal discrimination.关键词
