Influence of the Third Component on Separation of Concentrated Liquid-Liquid System in Inclined Plate Settler
摘要
Abstract
Settler loading related to dispersion band thickness and working volume efficiency was introduced. The influences of the surfactant sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) in the toluene/water system on Settler Throughput per Unit Area were studied through experiments. The results showed that the inclined plate settler was better than the simple gravity settler.
