82例剖宫产术中出血的临床分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the cause of the bleeding hands of cesarean section,treatment and preventive measures.Methods Retrospective analysis of the hospital from May 2000 to May 2007 for section 82 cases of patients with bleeding hands of the reasons,treatment and preventive measures.Results The application of oxytocin,and so promote uterine contraction drugs can be effective in reducing blood loss section hand.Bank cavity filled gauze to stop bleeding,simple effects for a wide range.Uterine artery ligation plus up support straps suture,the lack of uterine bleeding and effective,but require a higher level of technology.Hysterectomy is not valid in other ways,in order to save the lives of women the most effective measures.Conclusion The section of the bleeding treatment should be based on the choice of patients,bleeding and the reasons for the Court to carry out the actual level of health care choices.关键词
