摘要

Abstract

After obtaining the probability and conditional probability of phenotypes in F2 population,it is easy to estimate recombination rate between two interactional genes using expectation and maximization (EM) algorithm.Moreover,the formulas of the standard error of recombination rate were also obtained.The results from Monte Carlo simulation showed that the estimates of recombination rate using EM algorithm were consistent with those using Fisher method.However,it was very easy for EM algorithm to calculate recombination rate between two interactional genes.
