甲状腺癌中Tiam 1的表达及临床意义
Expression and clinical significance of Tiam 1 in thyroid carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the expression of T lymphoma invasion and metastasis inducing factor 1 (Tiam 1) in tissues of thyroid carcinoma,and to analyze the relation between its expression and invasion and metastasis of thyroid carcinoma. [Methods]Immunohistochemistry was used to detect Tiam 1 expression in 89 Cases of primary tumor and metastatic lymph node of thyroid carcinoma. [Results]Tiam 1 expression Was significantly stronger in lymphatic metastasis in comparison with thyroid carcinoma(P＜0.05);the positive expression of Tiam 1 in clinical stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ,as well as in tumor with metastasis,was higher than those in clinical stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ,as well as in tumor with non-metastasis (P＜0.05),the expression of Tiam 1 in medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC)and undifferentiated thyroid carcinoma(UTC)was significantly higher than that in papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC) and follicular thyroid carcinoma(PTC).[Conclusion]Overexpression of Tiam 1 is correlated with invasion and metastasis in thyroid carcinoma,Tiam l may play an important role in tumor cell invasion and metastasis of thyroid carcinoma.关键词
