摘要
Abstract
Objective To review the basic and clinical developments of intranasal corticosteroids.Methods Twenty-six articles covering about ten years were analysed. Results Intranasal corticosteroids can inhibit the inflammatory cells and cytokines of rhinitis and nasal polyps, and improve the symptoms of these diseases. Basically, there is no systemic and nasal side effect.Conclusion Intranasal corticosteroids are effective as a therapy for rhinitis (allergic and nonallergic), nasal polyps and some other nasal diseases.关键词
