摘要
Abstract
Aim：To study the effects of DA1 receptor agonists, Fenoldopam(FODA) on the content of cAMP in canine renal arteries. Methods :Used radioimmunoassay technique to determine the content of cAMP in canine renal artery after given FODA and SCH23390. Results:FODA could increase the cAMP formation, and SCH23390 blocked the efficacy of FODA. Conclusion:The relaxing responses of renal arteries to DA receptor agonists may be related to the change of cAMP content.关键词
