Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of treatment with anterior decompression, bone graft and cervical locking plate fixation for cervical degeneration disease.Method 23 patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy and cervical ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament have undergone the treatment of anterior cervical spine locking plate fusion.Neurological signs and symptoms were evaluated before and after surgery, and mean follow up time was 11.3 months.Result In all cases,radiography demonstrated a solid bony fusion.Additional general complications include a large wound hematoma in one and hoarseness in one.All patients' neurological function were improved.Conclusion The clinical effect of treatment with anterior decompression, bone graft and cervical locking plate fixation for cervical degeneration disease is satisfactory. 关键词
