Abstract
6 flue-cured tobacco varieties, NC89, K326, Zhongyan 98, Yunyan 87, Yunyan 85 and Yunyan 317, were investigated in the baking characters such as maturity period, water loss, colour change and so on, and the response to different nutrients. The quantitative index of the baking character of flue-cured tobacco was studied.关键词
