毛两面针挥发油化学成分及其生物活性
Antibacterial Activity and Compounds of the Essential oil of Zanthoxylum nitidum var. fastuosum
摘要
Abstract
The antibacterial activities of the essential oil of Zanthoxylum nitidum var.fastuosum were investigated. The results from antibacterial tests demonstrated that the oil extracted by hydrostillation has an excellent inhibitory effect against Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans. The original oil extracted by ethyl ether has a strong inhibitory effect against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans. The oil extracted by hydrostillation was analyzed by GC/MS, and 20 compounds were identified,of which sesquiterpenoids are the major chemical constituents. The content of activity compounds(-)-spathulenol, γ-elemene and germacrene D are 12.53 %, 1.75 % and 1.44% respectively.关键词
