硫化镉纳米微晶掺杂Na2O-B2O3-SiO2系统玻璃的制备及光学性质的研究
Synthesis and Optical Characterization of CdS-doped Microcrystals Na2O-B2O3-SiO2 Glass
摘要
Abstract
The stiff sodium borosilicate gel doped with Cd(NO3)2.4H2O and SC(NH2)2 were prepared by using tetraethyl orthosilicate, boric acid, sodium ethoxide, Cd(NO3)2.4H2O and SC(NH2)2 as precursor. The sodium borosilicate glasses doped with CdS microcrystals were prepared by sintering sodium borosilicate transparent bulk gels with CdS which was synthesized by reacting with H2S gas. The micro-struture of gels and glasses doped with CdS microcrystals were studied by TEM method. The luminescence spectra of nanometer size CdS microcrystallites in glass were measured at various temperatures, the inhomogeneos broadening constant of 150~meV was obtained. The third order nonlinear susceptibilities of the CdS microcrystal glass was characterized by Z-scan method, χ(3) is 6.5×10-12~esu.关键词
