三种冷冻保护剂对人精子活力及生育潜力影响的研究

Abstract
Ojuective To charify the different effect of different cryoprotective mediums(CPMs) on human spermatozoa.Methods Conventional semen analysis, spermatozoa hypo-osmotic swelling rate(HOSR), spermatozoa in vitro penetrate zona-free hamster ova rate(SPR) were used to evaluate the cryoprotective effect of different CPMs, glycerol,glycorol-eygyolk-sodium(GYC) and GYC-glutamine(GYCY)on human spermatozoa.Results During the procedure of cryoprotective and thawing different CPM has different protective effect on the spermatozoa. Among them, GYCG is superior to the other two CPMs as far as maintaning the functional intergrity of sperm.Conclusion GYCG has better and effective cryoprotective effect than glycerol and GYC, and we suggest it be used in clinical practice.关键词
