摘要
Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the effect of uterine artery emDolization (UAE) in the treatment of hysteromyoma, while analysed on the prevention and treatment related complications and influences on curative effect. Methods: 50 patients with hysteromyoma who diagnosed in dongcheng hospital from september 2005 to march 2008,were using of race dingle seldinger technique and bilateral uterine artery emDolization treatment, after 3 to 6 months to observe the situation of tumor body to reduce and clinical symptoms was improved. Results: Compared with preoperative,the size of uterine fibroids had varying degrees of narrowing,after 3 months the total effective rate was 88%,after 6 months was 96%.The clinical symptoms of 50 patients was improved and no serious complications. Conclusion: Uterine artery embolization to treat uterine fibroids, little trauma and rapid recovery,the clinical symptoms improved significantly,and it is an effective way to treat with hys-teromyoma.关键词
