摘要

Abstract

The current tolerance design literature emphasize the use of optimization to minimize cost while little attention were paid to minimizing the sensitivity of tolerances to the variation of manufacturing processes. Variance analysis method was adopted. After analyzing the process simulation datum, we find out the design parameter which have much influence to the sum dimension and improve the tolerance demand for this design parameter. Thus minimize the sensitivity of sum dimension to process variation of individual dimension and realize tolerance design for quality.
