A Study on Microstructure and Wear-resisting Properties of Casting in Situ TiCP/3Cr13 Composites
摘要
Abstract
The microstructure and wear-resisting properties of TiCP/3Cr13 composites are investigated in this paper.The friction and wear mechanism are also discussed.The results show that when the volume fraction of TiC was lower than 8%,the distribution of TiC particle in the microstructure is uniform and no apparent particles segregation and microdefects are observed.The wear-resisting properties of compo-sites increases with the increasing of TiCP volume percent,and when it is up to a constant volume percent,it will not increase.关键词
