摘要

Abstract

Thermal conductivity of some doped graphite was investigated inorder to discuss the effect of dopants on the doped graphite. Results show that the doped graphite exhibits higher thermal conductivity than the pure graphite produced by same process. Thermal conductivity of the graphite can be improved by doping titanium. And doping titanium and silicon simultaneously into the graphite can improve the thermal conductivity much greatly. Adding boron can result in the decrease of thermal conductivity for boron can go into the lattice and form defects of graphite lattice. XRD analysis shows that the doped graphite has large crystalline and high graphitization degree.
