低强度氦氖激光对缺血性疾病患者红细胞变形性影响的临床研究
Clinical Research on Erythrocyte Deformability with Different Doses of He-Ne Exposure in Patient with Ischemia Disease

Abstract
Object: To test the human erythrooyte deformability( ED. ) with a dose of low-power He-Ne' s exposure to red cell in human blood. The doses-effect of Iow-power He-Ne laser in vitro were discussed. Method: Fresh blood sample from adult health donors and patients with different ischemia disease were collected and divided into groups, the irradiating with a certain dose of He-Ne laser(Lamba = 632.8 nm, operating in continuous wave) were given. Human ED values were measured then. The ED of blood sample from apoplexy patients treated with He-Ne laser at different doses were measured in further. Result: ED. Values shown difference in the health contracted and the disease groups. Noticeable difference was also shown among the nonirradiation group and the laser irradiation groups. Conculsion: Low-power He-Ne laser have some different effects on erythrocyte deformabilityin vitro, which were related closely to the disease condition, red cell state, and the out power-doses,etc..关键词
