Computer extraction algorithm of fabric defect silhouette
摘要
Abstract
A new extraction algorithm of fabric defect silhouette was proposed. With this algorithm, the defect silhouette with certain position in fabric image is extracted easily and quickly, and a data model to subsequent treatment is constructed. A new algorithm " texture removing algorithm" to eliminate the texture of fabric image was introduced and "average color combining method" to remove the background around defects and extracts the defect shape with scanning method. Also a direction judgment method is given to judge whether the point which internal color is consistent with background need be removed. The ring data model of defect silhouette is constructed to subsequent defects analysis. The line data model of defect silhouette is established to subsequent translation, magnifying and reducing and turnover treatment. At last, examples prove that this algorithm can accomplish extraction of fabric defect silhouette preferably.关键词
