中药联合前列腺素E1改善老年2型糖尿病周围神经症状的疗效观察

Abstract
Aim To observe the effect of prostaglanginE1 plus Danshen on diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods 160 patients with DPN for 1 to 39 years were divided into two groups at random: 80 cases with peripheral neuropathy for 1month to 20 years in therapy group, 52 males, 28 females, aged 60- 86, treated with prostaglangin E1 20 μ g/d plus 250 mL saline and Danshen 20 mL/d plus 250 mL saline intravenousdrip; 80 cases with peripheral neuropathy for 1month to 19 years as controls only treated with Danshen 20 mL/d plus 250 mL saline intravenousdrip. The treatment lasted for 4 weeks in two groups. The signs of sensory nerves were observed before and 4 weeks after treatment. The motorial nervous conductive velocity(MNCV) and the sensory nervous conductive velocity (SNCV) were measured by means of electromyography among all the patients.Results Total efficiency was 90.0% in therapy group, which were significantly higher than that in control group (56.2% ) (χ 2=1948,P< 0.005). The MNCV and SNCV were 40.7± 4.1, 29.3± 4.2 and 47.3± 4.1, 34.7± 5.8 before and after treatment in treatment group (t=2.32,2.35,P< 0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic alliance of Prostaglangin E1 and Danshen has a good effect on DPN. 关键词
