摘要

Abstract

Wet seeds of onion breeds were exposed by He-Ne laser and CO2 laser at three dosage level separately. A randomized complete block design of three replications was adopted. The heredity and variation were analyzed with biostatistical, physiology and biochemistry methods. A new onion variety "Chang Ji 99-3" was obtained from variability progeny of onion which exposed by He-Ne laser. It gives high yield, good quality, multiple resistances and more suitable to nature. It gave a yield of over 13.7kg/m2 in 2000, it was the highest yield of red onion in China.
