摘要

Abstract

The characteristics of photosynthetic capacity and assimilate′s transportation in heavy ear hybrid rice were studied by using 14C-isotope tracer technique. The results showed that the three heavy ear hybrid rices, Liangyoupeiju, Eryou162 and Teyou 124 were with high level photosynthetic capacity and long period in maintaining high level photosynthesis. Of the three varieties, Liangyoupeiju and Eryou 162 had an ability of keeping high level photosynthesis under high light intensity and the variety of Teyou 124 was less change of Rubisco activity under low light intensity. Those three varieties showed a totential ability of super high yield. But compared with the variety of shanyou 63, efficiency of assimilate′s transportation and stable ability of photosynthesis in the three varieties were lower than in shanyou 63. It is a possible way of physiological breeding for super high yield to enhance further efficiency of assimilate′s transportation and stable photosynthetic ability to different light intensities in heavy ear hybrid rice.
