Abstract
Objective In order to investigate the effects of bone repair for canine vertebral laminate defect with allograft decalcified bone matrix(DBM)and bone cement(BC)combined with boving bone morphogenetic protein(bBMP). Method The allograft canine DBM was prepared beforehand. The bBMP was extracted and its bone formation inductive activity was determined. Before it was used the composite material composed of DBM BC and bBMP was examined by scanning electron microscope and biomechanic then its was implanted in the conine vertebral laminate defect which was resected. The experimental anials were examined by X-ray, 99mTc-MDP bone scintigraphy and histology at different postoperative time. Result The bBMP extracted by ourselves had strong bone formation inductive activity and the composite material had excellent biomechaneal intensity. The DBM was connected with BC tightly with multipolar mode and irregular gaps. The new bone at the edge between the composite and the normal bone was connected with the normal bone. Conclusion The composite meterial con be remodeled easily and is favorable for new bone to form and new blood vessels to reconstruct. So it is favorable for bone repair with different shape and in different places.关键词
