摘要
Abstract
Objective: To establish the detennineation methods of total saponins from fructus broussonetia. Methods: Selecting diosein as control article, colorating with perchloric acid, determining
absorbability in the point of 407nm by speetrophotometric method, then calculating total saponins in fructus broussonetia. Results: The calibration curve was linear over the range of 8.04 ~40. 20pμg·mL-1 with the correlation of 0. 999 8. The average recoveries of dioscin was 99. 8% ( n = 9 ), RSD = 2. 01%. The contents of total saponins were 0. 48% (n = 10) ,RSD = 1.88%. Conclusion: The methods were fast,accurate,reliable and suitable for analysis of to-tal saponins, It can be applied to the quality control of fmetus broussonetia.关键词
