摘要
Abstract
The possibility for cladding nickel bases alloy on H62 brass by laser is investigated for the first time. Microstructure was observed by SEM. The structural shape and constituent change of the cladding layer, the bonding zone and the heat-affected zone were analysed. The experimental results show that it is the laser beam of high energy density that make microstructure fined obviously. The cladding layers mostly consist of γ-Ni, Ni3B, CrB, M23(CB)6. There produces metallurgical combination of cladding layers and bases. The heat-affected zone with coarsing structure is caused by the effect of temperature gradient on the bases.关键词
