摘要
Abstract
objective To probe into the clinical therapy on the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures of senile patients with cannulated screws fixation.Methods Looking back on the 38 cases of clinical therapy of femoral intertrochanteric fractures of senile patients aged 70 to 84 by choosing the cannulated screws fixation.Results After 4 to 36 months'follow-up of all the patients,the functions of their articulatio coxae are measured by the Huang Gongyi's Standard:23 cases excellent,10 cases good,4 cases average,1 case poor.so the percentage of excel lence and good is 86.8%.Conclusions The Operation by cannulated screws fixation,one that has minimally invasivecOncept,possessing the characteristics of less trauma,easy operation,quick recovery and complication reduction,is a comparatively ideal therapy for the femoral intertrochanteric fractures of senile patients.关键词
